An AI CEO coach · for people who own the place
You built the business.
It shouldn’t run you.
Most owners don’t have a strategy problem. They have an hour problem — and every hour is already spoken for. Owner’s Hour gives you one back, every day, with a coach who remembers what you said you’d do with it.
Sound familiar
You own the business. Somehow, it owns you.
-
You’re the bottleneck
Every decision, every fix, every “quick question” runs through you. The business can’t grow past the hours you personally have.
-
The urgent eats the important
The work that would actually change the business is never the work shouting at you today. So it waits. Sometimes for years.
-
There’s nobody to think out loud with
Your staff want answers, not questions. Your family wants you home. The one conversation you need is the one you can’t have.
How the hour works
One hour. Three steps. Every day.
-
Check in
A couple of minutes, not a meeting. Where things stand, and what’s sitting on your mind today.
-
Get your hour’s focus
Your coach turns your priorities into the one owner-level move worth making today — and tells you why it’s that one.
-
Commit — and get followed up
You say what you’ll do. It remembers, and it asks. That follow-up is the difference between a plan and a habit.
You’re the owner. Stop working the bar and start running the business.
The principle the whole thing is built on.
What’s inside
A coach with a method — not another to-do app.
- Daily check-in
- A short, warm start that keeps your hour pointed at what matters instead of at your inbox.
- Name one problem
- State a problem in one line. The coach fills in what “fixed” looks like, the first owner-level move, and what to hand off.
- Weekly scorecard
- The few numbers that tell you what kind of week you actually ran, tracked by hand in seconds.
- Commitment follow-ups
- It remembers what you said you’d do, and comes back to ask. Kindly, but it does ask.
- Delegate & Elevate
- Sort what you do by what only you can do. Watch the rest become somebody else’s job.
- Momentum score
- One number built from what you actually did. A missed day dims it; nothing ever resets to zero.
- The Evening Three
- Three honest questions at the end of the day, under a minute. Confidence isn’t hype — it’s a record of promises kept.
- Your Buyback Rate
- What an hour of your time is worth, and the bar every task has to clear before it stays on your plate.
- Private by design
- No public profiles, no feeds, no ads. What you tell your coach is used to coach you and nothing else.

Questions
Answered plainly.
I updated the app and my priorities are gone — what happened?
They are not gone. Version 2.0 on iPhone is a brand-new app built from scratch, and on its first launch it didn’t carry your older data across. That data is still on your device. Update to the newest version and it comes back on its own — there’s nothing for you to do. Please don’t delete and reinstall the app in the meantime, as that’s the one thing that would clear it. If you already had an account, signing in restores everything from your cloud backup.
What does it cost?
The web app is free to use — no card, nothing to install. The iPhone and Android apps are a one-time $9.99. It’s the same coach either way; the apps add reminders and a home-screen icon.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Owner’s Hour runs in your browser at app.getownershour.com and works on any phone, tablet or computer — add it to your home screen if you like. It’s also on the App Store and Google Play if you’d rather install it.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT?
A blank chat box makes you do the structuring. Owner’s Hour comes with a method: it helps you pick real priorities, gives you one focused hour a day, scores your week, and follows up on what you committed to. It’s a coach with memory and a method — not a text box that forgets you between visits.
Is my business information private?
Yes. What you share with your coach is used to coach you — nothing else. There are no public profiles, no feeds, and your priorities and problems are visible only to you.
Your first hour is waiting.
